GOVORI

Delete your Govori Learn data

Govori: Learn Slovenian is provided by WKEU INVEST d.o.o. It does not require a Govori account.

Data on your device

In the app, open Me → Reset progress. You can reset learning progress and choose whether to remove imported materials. This affects local learning data; it does not cancel a store subscription or reset your trial. On iPhone, progress may also sync through your own iCloud account.

Request deletion from Govori

  1. Email yangni0704@gmail.com with the subject Govori Learn data deletion.
  2. Tell us whether you use iPhone or Android and which online features you used. If the request relates to a purchase, say which store you used. Do not send passwords, payment card details or textbook photos. Content reports do not include the app identifier, and the app does not show you the identifier that pronunciation reports are linked to: to have a report deleted, tell us roughly when you sent it and which card it was about, so we can find it.
  3. We will reply if we need further information to locate and verify the relevant technical records. We may need your app identifier or purchase reference; an email address alone does not identify your app installation.

You can request deletion of identifiable service-usage records, trial records, purchase-verification references, content reports and pronunciation reports held by Govori. We do not maintain a server-side archive of imported audio, page photos, recognized book text, translations or your local learning progress. We will explain any records that must be retained for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute, and the applicable retention period, when handling your request. Deletion does not renew a trial or cancel a subscription.

Service providers and store records

Apple and Google retain their own purchase records under their policies. AI providers may retain API inputs and outputs under their standard policies; Govori does not promise immediate deletion from their independent systems. See our privacy policy for the data flow and provider retention information.
